Tricia Suchecki

October Person-of-the-Month

Hello. My name is Tricia Suchecki, and I am the third grade teacher at this awesome school- St. Mary's!  I have been teaching since 2003...all as a Catholic school teacher! My first four years were at St.  Catherine's in Ravenna, and I have been at St. Mary's here in Spring Lake since 2007. This is my home! I  grew up in Spring Lake, attended Spring Lake High School, and then went on to Michigan State University on a golf scholarship . I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Communications. Soon after, I  was accepted into Grand Valley State University's Graduate Teacher Certification Program. There I worked on my Master's degree while attaining my teaching certificate. In 2005 I completed my Master's degree with a Masters in Elementary Education.

In my free time, I spend every second with my husband, Brett, and my French bulldog, Ziggy. We love to  go bass fishing, play golf, and spend time outdoors. I also enjoy running, traveling, giving golf lessons,  and shopping with my mom.
