Our Church has recently added the new Hearing Loop System that will work with your individual t-coil equipped hearing aids, cochlear or a loop listener. The sound is broadcast through a wire installed in the church. Individuals with any type and degree or hearing loss with t-coil equipped hearing aid or cochlear can take advantage of this loop technology. Background noise and echo are no longer a problem. To make sure everyone can take advantage of the new system, Peg Sass-Simon the Audiologist from the Hearing Wellness Center in Spring Lake, will be available after the 11:00 a.m. Mass next Sunday, September 25, 2016 to check and adjust parishioner’s hearing aids. If you miss the opportunity to meet with her, you can schedule a no-charge appointment at her office by calling 231-798-2323. The Hearing Wellness Center donated and installed this hearing loop system as a service to the hard of hearing community in your church.  |
